Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kasefra application and website (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Kasefra Financial Technologies LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Kasefra is a personal finance management application that allows users to manually track accounts, transactions, budgets, financial goals, and net worth. The Service includes Loky AI, an AI-powered assistant that analyses your financial data and responds to natural language queries.

Kasefra does not connect to your bank accounts, execute financial transactions on your behalf, provide regulated financial advice, or act as a licensed financial institution of any kind.

2. Account Registration

To use Kasefra you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at ask@kasefra.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent, or share accounts between multiple individuals.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful data into the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service without prior written consent.
• Attempt to exploit or circumvent plan limits through technical means.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

5. Loky AI — Important Limitations

Loky AI provides responses based on the financial data you have entered into Kasefra. You acknowledge that:

• Loky AI responses are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and should not be treated as such.
• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify important financial decisions independently.
• Kasefra is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager in any jurisdiction.
• Zakat calculations provided by Loky AI are estimates for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified Islamic scholar for religious rulings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and branding in the Service — including the Kasefra name, logo, and Loky AI — are the intellectual property of Kasefra Financial Technologies LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the financial data you enter into Kasefra. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide you the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data you enter will be retained without loss.

We strongly recommend keeping independent records of your financial data and not relying solely on Kasefra as your only record-keeping system.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Kasefra Financial Technologies LLC and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including financial decisions made based on Loky AI responses.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at ask@kasefra.io to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
